A large group of people believe that a damaged battery can only be disposed of, and in its place a new, factory model should be purchased. This way of thinking is wrong, however, because most defects can be repaired with remanufacturing. If you are the owner of a Hilti battery and your equipment has significantly deteriorated the quality of your work, then you do not have to think about buying a completely new, expensive device, because a professionally carried out regeneration ensures that the repaired battery will work without any problems and will not lower its performance.

Hilti battery regeneration consists of several obligatory phases. First, the broken device is opened, and then the outdated cells are disassembled. Later, specialists thoroughly clean the casing, which is not replaced during the regeneration process and remains in its original version, and install new cells that will restore the battery to full efficiency. If the resistors and thermistor are in good condition, the case can be closed. The final step in the regeneration process is to test the repaired device in performance. The reconditioned equipment is usually returned to customers within a few working days. What's more, thanks to this treatment, the battery increases its power and efficiency, which is an additional advantage of regeneration.
