Warranty conditions:
1) The warranty contract between the buyer of the battery and the seller is concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of sale.
2) During the warranty period, the seller undertakes to free the identified defects free of charge within 14 days.
3) The Claimant is obliged to deliver a defective battery to the seller's service point along with the warranty card or other proof of the concluded sales contract. The seller undertakes to return the warranty repaired battery at his own expense.
4) Batteries have a warranty sticker, damage to which will void the warranty.
5) Warranty repair does not cover damage caused by improper battery use, natural battery wear and mechanical damage caused by the user's fault. The purchaser undertakes to use the battery in accordance with the battery usage policies attached to this warranty.
6) The buyer loses the right to guarantee in the event of unauthorized repairs and alterations.
7) Warranty repairs are carried out at the headquarters of Lupo sp.z o.o. ul. Kraszewskiego 12, 60-518 Poznań
8) This warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the buyer related to the non-compliance of the goods with the sales contract.
9) In matters not covered by these warranty conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
